June, 28-29
Outdoor Life Network Fly Casting Competition to be held at the Golden Gate Angling and Casting ponds in Golden Gate Park. Floyd will be both judging and competing.

July 28 - Aug. 2
Floyd will be competing in the American Casting Association's National Fly Casting Competitions at the fly casting ponds in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA.

August 4 - Aug 9
Floyd will be doing fly casting demonstrations and a video analysis of fly casting workshop at the Federation of Fly Fishing Conclave in Idaho Falls, ID. check it out at: www.fedflyfishers.org

Sept. 26 - 28
Federation of Fly Fishers - Oregon Council: Seaside Civic & Conventions Center, Seaside OR. Industry tradeshow: casting, fly tying demos. Vendor tradeshow and more. For more information go to Oregon Council www.oregonfff.org or Rainland Fly Casters websites.

The rest of August and part of Sept. will find Floyd teaching fly casting, fishing, doing a little guiding and fly casting for grizzlies at Deep Creek Fishing Club on the Kenai peninsula of Alaska. Last year he saw 30 grizzlies.
